Four Pillar Press

The Rhodes Interform's extensive Four Pillar HFP model press range incorporates either a mechanical or hydraulic electrically interlocked restraint system to prevent the slide from falling due to gravity.

The Four Pillar press range is available in capacities from 25 to 160 tonnes. Larger sizes are available upon request.

The robust four pillar press construction is fitted with easily adjustable cams to set the speed and pressure and enable alterations to both stroke length and working height.

Press controls

HFP slides move on large phosphor bronze bearings mounted at each corner, which can be protected by optional heat-resistant bellows. 

Press controls are housed in a cabinet mounted on the press frame, with a control station conveniently positioned at operator eye level. Freestanding operator control stations can also be supplied.
