Spacesavers
Where floor space is limited, Atkin Automation can supply a combined coil holder with an integral straightener. The Spacesaver features the straightener mounted above the coil holder, significantly reducing the required floor area. Due to the strip threading arrangement, material thickness is generally limited to around 2mm.

COIL PROCESSING
Cradles
Coil cradle and straightener units are ideally suited for processing strip thicker than 3mm, where the coil may 'clock spring' once the retaining bands are removed.
By incorporating both the cradle and the straightener into a single frame, installation is simplified, and overall setup time is reduced.
