The Rhodes Interform's extensive HOF Model Open Fronted Hydraulic Press Range are primarily suited to "Second Operation" hand fed parts production in the automotive, building metalwork and other medium to high volume small parts and is available in six different models and from 25 to 160 tonne.
Integral Design
All hydraulic equipment is mounted within the press frame, along with the main oil tank.
All valves are manifold-mounted for ease of maintenance, and a pressure relief valve protects against overload.
Our hydraulic press range can be fitted with a variety of optional extras.
Extra Features
Rhodes hydraulic presses can be fitted with a variety of additional equipment, including ejectors in either the slide or under the press bed.
Die cushions, together with CNC controls, are also available as an option.
Automation
A wide range of automation equipment is available, from second operation feeders and transfer feed systems to fully automated forming lines. This includes the Rhodes "Rhobot" inter-press transfer.
Rhodes manufactures a range of metal forming hydraulic presses, including Double Sided, Open Fronted, and Four Pillar, to cater for all customer requirements.
